I've followed Steve @ Nerdfitness for about a year now. His approach to being and living a healthy life is awesome for anyone new to the Paleo lifestyle. While I don't follow that eating plan I do believe it works. My niece and her husband are devout believers both losing quote a bit of weight and maintaining it. We enjoyed a holiday meal with them and it all was Paleo based. Keep it real Steve your a daily inspiration :-)
