The Ministry of Public Health will be organizing the next local Polio Vaccination Days from 19 to 22, November 2020.
In a Press Release from the Ministry of Communication, Minister Rene Emmanuel Sadi says cases of Polio have been recorded in the South West Region. So, about 173, 210 children from 0-5 years are targeted to be vaccinated against the virus at the 10 Health Districts in the Regions of Cameroon.
They shall be using a door-to-door strategy while Immunization agents will administer 2 drops of the vaccines to children. The organization advised parents to be alert as they shall come round to administer the vaccines.
