GAROUA: 4 ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED COW THEFT

Four young men have been arrested for allegedly stealing cows in Garoua, Northern Region of Cameroon.

The four persons were presented to the population of Garoua 3 by gendarm officials on Thursday , September 3.

Witness reveals that the four are from neighboring Nigeria and have been terrorising the neighborhoods of Bebel and Bibeni for a long time now.

They are presently in the hands of gendarme officials while awaiting court judgment.
