JUST IN: PRESBYTERIAN PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN KUMBO KIDNAPPED
Presbyterian School Kumbo is said to be under attacked by unknown gun men. A source reports to us that, the school has been functioning despite continous threats by separatist fighters for the school to be close.
An unknown number of teachers kidnapped earlier this Tuesday morning, November 3rd 2020 at Presbyterian Primary School Kumbo, Bui division in the North West regions of Cameroon.
Witness in Kumbo recounts that ''the armed men took just teachers of the school and they asked the pupils to go home and never to return or step their feet to school again “. The whereabout of the teachers is still unknown. “The current situation in Kumbo now is in a manner that one cannot tell who is wrong and committing crime”, the witness added..
Some inhabitants around Presbyterian School Kumbo say, the school have been functioning despite multiple threats by separatist fighters for the school to shutdown and hierarchy of the Presbyterian Education Authority has not issued any official statement of what happened.
The inccident in Kumbo comes up just barely two weeks after the painful Kumba massacre where 7 students were killed by armed gunmen.
