After a collapse of the polar bridge in Maroua Far north region of Cameroon, the Fall of an electricity supply terminal due to a heavy rainfall that Monday morning, the population of this city of the Far North region which is President Paul Biya favorite county is now blessed with a new tourist attraction by nature, this deep pit in the middle of road , just behind the city council
Marou is amongst the regions termed "Grand North", because of it usual mass votes during the presidential elections in Cameron.
Maroua is also amongst one the regions in Cameroon that has suffered from landslide and floods this year , 2020 together with other towns like Buea and Doula.
