The military has opposed any opening today at commercial avenue Bamenda. Some shop owners that made it out today were sent back home by the military.

They have passed an ultimatum that the people must show them the different hides out of separatist fighters, stating that the population is hiding them and must suffer the consequences if they are not ready to collaborate with government forces. Its also as a revenge for their colleague who was killed by separatist fighters on Tuesday at city chemist.
Insecurity is now the talk of the day in Bamenda. Nobody is ready to relent his or her effort either the military nor separatists .They have decided to make life difficult for the inhabitants
Only few numbers of taxis were seen circulating in town this Friday morning.Gunshots is the new ryme in the atmosphere of Bamenda.
The population is in huge need of peace which either the military nor separatist fighters can offer
