NIGERIA: PHARMACIST DETAINED OVER TWITTER COMMENT AGAINST PRESIDENT BUHARI
The pharmacist, Solomon Akuma, is currently in the detention of Nigeria Police force due to his comment against president Buhari .

Pharmacist, Solomon Akuma, is currently in the detention of the Nigeria Police force and has spent close to six months in custody for alledgly making a social media post against president Muhammadu Buhari and his late chief of staff, Abba Kyari.
He was arrested for tweeting and must " pay a Russian sniper to eliminate Buhari and Kyari" in response to a Twitter post asking"if $1m enters your account now, what will be your next move"
Nigerian lawyers describes the charges levied against the young man as a criminal intimidation of the president and threat to life of the president.
The pharmacist has spent almost three months in detention without a court order or trial . It's just of recent that the Court denied his bail application and his trial for October 7.
