Spokesman for Wine's NUP party, Joel Senyonyi said on Tuesday that “They police officers used a hammer and broke the windows of his vehicle and forcefully dragged him out, they bundled him into their own vehicle and took off.
The Ugandan singer turned politician is hoping to battle 76-year-old Yoweri Museveni who has been president for over 35 years.
